La diferencia entre esta relación es la utilidad, que es la razón de ser de un negocio. Nuestra labor debe enfocarse en buscar siempre que esta diferencia sea la máxima posible.
Quizá tú te preguntes hoy ¿Qué puedo hacer yo por mi empresa? Y es justo aquí donde empieza tu gran contribución para lograr o conservar el liderazgo. Evalúa constantemente tu trabajo, cómo éste apoya el crecimiento en ventas y la satisfacción de los clientes. Aporta ideas de nuevos productos o servicios que tu empresa podría ofrecer.
Debes saber claramente cuál es la razón de ser de tu puesto y qué valor agregado trae a la Organización; analiza los costos involucrados en el desarrollo de tu trabajo, busca nuevas maneras de hacerlo mejor, más rápido y al menor costo. Busca siempre relaciones de valor, es decir, aquellas en la que todos ganamos: tu cliente externo, el interno, la Organización, los accionistas, la sociedad.
Acércate a tu jefe y comparte tus ideas, busca conocer a tu cliente. Toda la Organización está deseosa de tu contribución.
Una empresa la conformamos todos, por lo tanto, el esfuerzo y desempeño que cada uno de nosotros pongamos en nuestra labor, se reflejará en el éxito de tu empresa; al final, este triunfo lo podemos considerar como propio.
